Welcome to the designated spot where you can share your encounters, explain a theory, pass along personal experiences, ask a question, or leave a comment. The lines of communication are open, and you have a couple of different options so you can share in whatever way feels most comfortable to you:
The Voicemail: You can leave us a voice message directly through the site! We ask for your email address solely to ensure safety and to give us a way to follow up with you privately regarding your story, answer direct questions, or notify you if your submission is selected for the show. Rest assured, voicemails are never aired on Hidden In The Shadows unless you explicitly state that we can, or until we contact you directly to request permission.
The Traditional Write-In: If you’re more of a writer or texter—like me (Megan)—then this option is right up your alley. This allows you to type out and submit your story just like a standard web form. Feel free to get as detailed as possible! With this option, we also ask for your name and email address for safety and so we can reach out privately about your encounter, question, or concern.
We review all incoming voicemails and written messages carefully and as quickly as possible. If you’d like us to share your story publicly on the show but prefer a name swap or wish to remain completely anonymous, please select that option or mention it in your audio or text submission!
