Ghost Theory: Are We Haunting Ourselves?

After six years of paranormal investigating, our understanding of ghosts, spirits, and the unexplained has continued to evolve. The more we experience, the more questions we seem to have.
In this episode of Hidden in the Shadows, we're doing something a little different. We're inviting you into an unscripted brainstorming session, where we bounce ideas off each other, challenge our beliefs, and develop new hypotheses inspired by our paranormal investigations.
What started with Isaac questioning whether ghosts could be energetic echoes of our previous lives quickly turned into a much larger conversation. Could pieces of our souls remain behind after death? Could hauntings involve different points in time overlapping? And could our future selves somehow influence our experiences today?
We also explore quantum mechanics-inspired ideas, parallel realities, reincarnation, time slips, and the famous 1901 Moberly–Jourdain incident at Versailles. Along the way, we share personal experiences involving past lives, strange coincidences, and unexplained activity.
These are evolving hypotheses and personal interpretations, not established scientific explanations or definitive answers. Some ideas we agree on, others we question, and a few leave us with even more questions. For us, paranormal investigating has never been just about capturing evidence. It's about understanding our experiences, exploring possible explanations, and reconsidering what we thought we knew.
